Dear Christine Lagarde,
You've mentioned recently how the IMF receives unfair criticism, regarding its policies.
And now, you've presented Spain with a few suggestions for fighting unemployment - weakening labor laws and cutting salaries. This set of beliefs has been experimented in Greece and Portugal, and the result is plain to see.
As I've already explained, entities like the IMF are little more than fundamentalist organizations, spouting dogma; such is the way of pseudo-sciences, like Economy.
Like a horse with blinders (yes, I know an analogy with another, longer-eared, equine would be more apt), you refuse to step away from the path you know, even though past experiments have shown it leads nowhere.
And that is the truly fascinating aspect, in this travesty of tragicomedy where you stand as a protagonist - organizations like yours don't evolve. You have the luxury of testing your theories "on the field" (another trait that sets Economy apart from a real science), and yet you appear unable to learn from the results, as the dogma remains the same.
By this, you even manage the absurdity of comparing unfavourably with other fundamentalist organizations; because these other organizations, at least, learn and adapt.
I realize, of course, you don't need to learn and adapt. When one can show consistent lack of results, and still be payed for it, one needs not worry with learning of any kind.

You already know everything you need to know.
